The PRO Gut Health Test uses shotgun metagenomic sequencing to profile 120,000+ bacteria, fungi, viruses, archaea, and parasites down to 0.005% relative abundance, alongside functional profiling of what those microbes can actually do (SCFA production, fiber breakdown, detox, and more).
