Membership Policy:​

At Better Med Spa & Wellness, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable membership experience for all our valued members. Please take note of the following policies regarding our membership program:

Deduction Policy: Our membership program does not allow for deductions. Members enrolled in Gold membership, for example, are entitled to a 30% discount on all services outside of their membership benefits. However, deductions based on service pricing differences between membership tiers are not permitted. For instance, if a Gold member receives a service worth $650, which is included in the Diamond membership, they may only apply the 30% discount or choose to upgrade to the Diamond tier by paying the price difference.

Sharing Sessions: Members are permitted to share one session every six months with a designated individual. However, the designated person must be registered in our system and added to the booking through Vagaro. Should you require any assistance with this process or have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our medspa.

Pause Membership: Members have the option to pause their membership one time every six months. This feature allows members to temporarily suspend their membership benefits and payments for a specified duration. To request a pause on your membership, please contact our medspa directly. We are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding pausing your membership.

Cancellation Policy

Require a minimum of 12 months' subscription

Please be advised that if a member chooses to terminate their subscription prior to the completion of 12 months, a termination fee of $200 will be applied
