Better Med Spa is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to apply accessibility standards across our website, our online booking, and our patient communications.

Our standard
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The guidelines define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Wherever possible, Better Med Spa aims to meet Level AA of WCAG 2.1, which holds that sites should be:

Our practices
In addition to applying the technical guidelines, we work to make accessibility part of how we operate. We consider accessibility when we update content, evaluate vendors, and design new features. We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. The U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and independent accessibility experts have concluded that overlays do not bring a non-conforming website into compliance. We invest in real, structural improvements instead.

Our team can answer questions about treatments, schedule consultations, share treatment information, and book appointments directly.
