Yes. PT-141 (bremelanotide) is FDA-approved for premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder. It's also used off-label in men. The mechanism affects libido through central nervous system pathways.
How fast does PT-141 work?

Are these treatments lifelong?
